2-hour in-home consultation with Abbey to educate you on basic newborn care and safety. An assessment of sleep environment, feeding choice and routine, and expectations from Abbey and from parents will be addressed.

What makes me qualified to do overnight care for newborns?
I’m a seasoned Labor & Delivery RN with over 10 years of experience. I’m a CAPPA Certified Childbirth & Newborn Educator. Besides my credentials, and most importantly, I am a mother of 4 children, with 3 of them being triplets! Yep, 3 newborns at once. I’ve got you, mama!
How many nights per week can I hire you for?
A maximum of 4 nights/ week (for now)
How do you choose the other RN’s or qualified women that you hire?
I have handpicked the RNs that work with me because I have previously worked with them. I know the caliber of each nurse both in a working environment and on a personal level. I only hire nurses that I would let come into my own home and take care of my children. Also, myself and all RN’s working for me have passed a background check.
What if I’m breastfeeding?
I can bring the baby to you when it’s time for a feeding in the night and/or give pumped milk in a bottle if that’s what you would prefer.
Do we have to be there when you take care of our baby/babies?
Yes! I promise I’m trustworthy, but it’s the rules.
How will I know how much my baby slept and ate?
You will receive a log the next morning that gives you all the information on diapers, feedings, and sleep.
Can you teach me things like how to swaddle and soothe my baby?
Absolutely, we will go over this at our initial consultation.
Do you work with Twins and Triplets?
Definitely! I am a triplet mama and love to help my fellow multiples mamas. Twins are $40/hour and triplets are $50/hour
